Shipping and Refunds
Shipping
We use USPS parcel post for all orders in order to keep shipping costs low. If you prefer a different shipping method please let us know in the comments section of your order confirmation. We use a table rate based on your order amount.
Shipping Rates:
Order Total / Shipping Cost
$0.00-$20.00 = $5.50
$20.01-$50.00 = $6.95
$50.01-$80.00 = $8.95
$80.01-$110.00 = $10.95
$110.01-150.00 = $12.95
$150.01 and over is FREE (no code needed)
Free Local Pick Up and delivery to some areas by appointment only. Please select pick up option when you check out and you will be notified when your order can be picked up. If you want to know about delivery please mention it in the comments section of your order. I will let you know if and when I can deliver to you.
All in-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. If there is a delay in your order you will be notified as soon as possible.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with our product and will happily exchange it or issue you a full refund (less shipping costs) within 60 days of receipt of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt with the exchange or refund information filled out.
Please Note:
All items for exchange or refund must be unused and unwashed. Any items that have been washed, worn, soiled, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume or any other odor will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
